Lynsey Martin is a competitive CrossFit Athlete with a B.S. in Biological Science and over 6 years of personal training experience. As a head coach at Tactic Functional Nutrition, Lynsey strives to teach all her clients how to optimally fuel their activity without cutting out the foods they love. Alongside Alex and Meredith, Lynsey comes back to the podcast to discuss one of the biggest things that she has changed her mind on since becoming a nutrition coach: Reverse Dieting.
