Lou is accredited by the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and accredited by the EFT and Matrix Re-imprinting Academy. She first trained in Core Process Psychotherapy, a Buddhist Psychology based training. She has over 30 years of experience in counselling and psychotherapy, having worked with people in hospitals, doctor’s surgeries, agencies, prisons and private practice.
