Sam is the Director of Coffee at the Australian specialty roastery ‘Ona Coffee’ and General Manager of Nucleus Coffee Tools. In this episode we discuss Ona’s top blends over the years and the emergence of some exciting new origins…(ooooh). We also explore new tech including AI chat bots to improve customer support and the Link Roaster developed by Cafe Logic in New Zealand.
