Nick's got the eco game down as the Sustainability Manager for Minor DKL Food Group, Nomad Coffee and Veneziano Coffee Roasters. We discuss his day to day operations - bin diving, meeting strangers in parks to bury compost and the (as of yet unofficial) take a Kirk to work day. 

In breaking news, coffee concrete has been shortlisted for a National Research Impact Award, with the design giving coffee grounds a ‘double shot’ at life.
