Today we're bringing you an episode that is as colourful and sparky as our guest, Lou Featherstone AKA Lu in Lu Land. After going down the traditional route of marriage and kids, Lou found herself discontent being a stay at home Mum. She grew up as a vicar’s daughter which meant her relationship with finances (+ men) were quite complex. In this conversation she opens up about her debt-filled teenage years, to stealing from her workplace as an adult, going through a divorce and then reclaiming her sexuality post-menopause. Lou is filled with golden advice. She epitomises what it means to reclaim your sense of self, no matter what your age.
