In the immortal words of Brian Mannix, "We went deep this week"
Oh daddy! The boys are all fired up, and no one subject on the list has been spared.
Melbourne's new cult of electric scooters riders...stand by! Finey has a well considered batch of advice headed your way. Kev's trying to get another batch of over-played tunes out of his head, and we get all serious with this week's Deathalyser.
The Chart Attack heads to the glory days of 3XY once more for the musical highs & lows of mid 1978

Finey's been living the highlife in honour of his birthday, sampling a range of unpronounceable French cuisine. Brian & Kev are not so sure that some of the menu items are even edible!
We take a look at the annual AFL coaching merry-go-round, flash back tales of youthful backpacking adventures, and the Chart Attack harks back to the glory days of 3UZ, Don Lunn, Alan Lappin, Ken Sparkes & October of 1965

Brian tries to get his land legs back after a three day rock cruise. Was it The Love Boat, the SS Minnow or the Titanic?
Kev has breathless news of the exciting new television program gracing our screens.
And in an exciting development for the show introducing Finey's Driving Gripe of the Week.
The chart attack heads back to the eighties and the footy tips continue to separate the men from Brian.

All hail the king! We got to wondering this week, with all the pomp and ceremony, does Charlie know anything about roll and roll? Certainly a few kings and queens there!
Finey's focus was at the other end of the spectrum though, as the modern-day AFL issue of booing raised its head again. Is it really so bad? Is today's League just a bit too sensitive? Can it be really be banned??
And we're sticking with the 2SM Top 100 from August, 1963 for the Chart Attack, but this week looking at the top 50

Its been a big week of footy news as the AFL announces their new head honcho, although for the boys, the care factor may be a little lacking. Brian's tipping skills meanwhile appear to be matched only by the quality of his phone connection.
There's more sad news from the entertainment world this week, with the passing of Jock Zonfrillo and Broderick Smith, and in change of pace for the Chart Attack, we check out the bottom 50 tunes from the 2SM National Top 100 of August 30, 1963

The week that was presented Australians - Melburnians, in particular - a couple of huge losses, with the passing of Father Bob Maguire, Barry Humphries and jockey Dean Holland. The boys share some heartfelt stories particularly of Father Bob, who was known personally to them and reflect on the contribution all three men made in their lives.
There's the weekly rundown of the AFL and other sporting action, a flashback to the glory days of the Australian wrestling scene, and the Chart Attack stops in for a look at December, 1970.

They came, they gathered and they played...and that was just the footy players. But no time for play here at Ruck 'n Roll, where the serious news and sport analysis continues unabated! The boys take a look at the AFL's Adelaide experiment, experience an instance of two of gender confusion, and despite Brian's dodgy phone connection, once again crank up the Deathalyser.
Meanwhile, Chart Attack history is made this week as Top 5 lists merge in furious agreement...well, mostly...as we dive back to December, 1984

The AFL is flocking to Adelaide this weekend, in a move that has the boys rather perplexed. Will Brian pose the age old Ruck 'n Roll question - What are they trying to prove?? Only time will tell.
Kev's had a feature or two in the newspapers this week, and based on Brian's less than stellar success in the nautical stakes, we're a little concerned that Finey's risking a similar fate. All will be revealed!
There's nothing perplexing about this week Chart Attack however, as we whiz our way back to November 30th, 1966

If the early 90's were an era of less than stellar musical prowess, then perhaps we should've been warned by this week's chart, as December '89 was surely a harbinger of things to come. Regardless, the boys wade in to see what can be salvaged.
An over chatty AFL player has Finey fired up and looking back on his umpiring days, Brian once again cements his status in the Phil Collins fan stakes, and we take a look at a famous little Aussie invention...which luckily can't be applied to podcasts!
And with Easter upon us, which colour eggs make the best presents? We touch on all the big topics

This week we're joined by a new cast member, who looks a lot like Brian, and sounds a lot like Brian...but demands to be called something a little more grand...
Who is this man of mystery?? And why are Kev and Finey in a state of shock??
We take a look at the week that was in footy and cricket before tackling the ARIA Top 50 Singles Chart from December, 1980.
