This episode was such a random tangent of a lot of things, but I wanted to capture a lot of the thoughts and things I was feeling after running both Berlin & London Marathon and how I'm doing post-marathon(s) recovery! Also please don't use this episode as a 'how-to-recover-from-a-marathon' but rather just take it with a grain of salt - I've run 5 marathons now so this is what recovery/jumping back into training looks like for me, and it may look different for you!
