For 15 years, Brian Pennie hid or tried to hide a chronic heroin addition. Things got really bad for him but in October 2013, when he hit rock bottom and today he speaks to us his life before and after this period. This is unmissable, beautiful and inspiring on every level. Since then Brian has become Doctor Brian Pennie, after completing a scholarship at Trinity College Institute of Neuroscience. He speaks about flying at 15,000 how we can keep investing in ourselves to keep ourselves well and to put out the best version of ourselves
