Greg O'Shea winner of Love Island and Irish Olympian has one of the most incredible stories. He walked away from a life that promised him millions to stay true to himself and follow his dreams. This is a huge lesson for us all in how we can stay aligned with our values. What a guy. Honoured to have sat down with Greg for this interview. It hasn't been an easy road for him and he has openly spoken about his mental health struggles. Greg is a gift to us all and I am so glad he is still with us.
