This week, Emma booked a flight for Valentine's Day and left Ireland to go on the biggest adventure of her life. Think of it as Eat, Pray, Love 2.0. After a recent break up, Emma says she is now 37 and starting over. Today, she speaks about ignoring the whispers, screaming to heal and finally after all these years, going to find and honour her own happiness.
