Mark Mehigan’s book This Is Not A Self Help Book begins ‘My name is Mark and I am an alcoholic. You could probably also call me a drug addict.’ When I read that first line I knew this would be one of the most honest book I’d ever read and from that moment I couldn’t put it down. 

Today, I speak to Mark about his decision to share everything with the world, the good, the bad and the ugly. After spending much of his 20s addicted to alcohol and drugs, Mark found a way to turn his life around and he has never looked back.
