It's The Good Glow with the incredible Ben Hunt Davis, who is a former British Olympic rower turned performance coach, keynote speaker, and author. He wrote the book Will It Make The Boat Go Faster. This way of thinking became huge within The Good Glow community after Dr Brian Pennie told Ben's brilliant story at one of our live shows. It's only natural that we had to approach Ben to hear this story from him. We are so grateful for his time.
