Today’s interview is with Natasha & Mitch Smith. They are high school sweethearts and parents to three little girls. Natasha & Dave use the Enneagram Method to help connect in their marriage, family life and business. The most important lesson they have learned is that you have to make time! Schedule it so you have that commitment to your family to avoid getting lost in the shuffle of everyone doing their own thing.  

The Enneagram Method that they use helps with the decision aspect of communication. It shows us what and why we do the things we do. It allows people to show how they are really feeling instead of going the vague route of “it’s fine”. Sharing your heart in a safe way is a bonus of incorporating this method into your family relationships, not just with your partner but your kids as well.
