Today we are sitting down with Ceri & Dave Payne. Dave is Vice President of Technology and Chief Information Officer at Rocky Mountain University and Ceri is a certified life coach that helps Mompreneurs find balance with the demands that come in life and business. They are parents to three adorable girls.  

The most important lesson they have learned together is that balance is 100% possible if you know the results you want, put your priorities first and stop comparing yourself to someone else. What is perfect for one person is not perfect for another. If you desire to be fully loved and supported, that is the focus you need to have when it comes to your marriage. Ceri and Dave’s belief and support in each other has allowed them to grow and be happy in their careers and family life.
