Today we are chatting with Kinsey and Ryan Machos. Kinsey is a marketing coach who helps entrepreneurs build expert brands so that they can be seen, known and heard online.  Ryan has an insurance brokerage company, RMI group, that focuses on home, auto, farm, and commercial insurance.

With 3 kids an 2 home-based businesses, the biggest lesson they have learned is to focus on what matters most! If your family unit is in order everything else is so much easier! Set yourself up for success in business by focusing on getting your family into a routine. Being an entrepreneur allows you the time and freedom to improve the quality of your life and business and thrive! It is possible to be happy at work and setting that example for your kids is a great lesson to show them.
