Candid Syd is back on the mic - oh how I have missed you all! Bear with me as I get used to solo recording for the first time in a LONGGGG time. Lucky for you, I won't be solo always & there are so many talented people I can't wait for you to hear from, but I wanted to give you a POV into what the last few months has looked like behind closed doors. The breakup has been tough, the transition has been tough, and change is TOUGH. But growth doesn't come without uncomfortable - so we are embracing this feeling! We are going to laugh, cry, & embrace the now as we become healthier versions of ourselves, one podcast episode & guest at a time.

I want you to know that I am so excited to be here & I can't wait to see what is next, but I would be lying if i wasn't practicing my imposter syndrome breaking hacks I discuss in this episode as we speak!!!! What is well said you ask??
