Plus it's the final episode of season 2 (😢), so we're getting all reflective about what we've learnt this year, how are relationships with food/movement are at the moment, and what we're hoping for in 2023, and most importantly, HOW we can get Lizzo on the pod. We're also chatting dream Christmas meals and getting WAY too excited about it. We'll be back with a new season in January! As long as we don't have another fight about the Royals...
