This is the BONUS section that relates to the previous episode, Mandy's Story. Luke and Kyle discuss trauma, and how childhood trauma specifically, effects us and shapes our lives. Mandy's story was one of the most harrowing we have heard since we launched the podcast a year ago, and we think that this episode can really help others who have been to the darkest, deepest places, to find hope and strength to begin the journey into light.
