This week, we are lucky enough to have Joey from the MindShape Podcast with us in a podcast crossover special! Luke will be guesting on MindShape in return! Joey's story is one of childhood trauma, and the strength we find within to recover from some pretty awful events and experiences as children.  At 12, Joey was diagnosed with Lyme Disease which soon turned into an auto-immune nightmare. Pumped full of drugs of all kinds, including large amount of steroids, Joey stopped growing, If you think that's the worst of it, cue the bullies! (You know how we feel about bullies). Joey's entire persona changed, and he became someone that he could no longer recognize, driven by fear and a huge lack of love for himself. This episode  is all about the journey of growth and discovery, and how Joey built back his self belief and became the man he is today. Awesome!!
