Cindy had left her long term marriage in search of true love, and had found the perfect man who finally made her new life complete..  or so she thought! After 7 years together, one morning she was awoken by the Police at her front door! They were there to arrest and take away her partner, who would eventually stand trial and go to jail for crimes he committed, while seemingly leading a double life! Cindy's world was shattered and she fled the family home with her two daughters, never to return. After vowing not to date another man again, something happened to Cindy over time, and realizing she didn't want to be alone for the rest of her life, she decided to go on 50 dates, in 52 weeks.. and write a book about it, as a way to heal from the trauma!
