I hope you think I am well said because TODAY is allllll about...... How habits are easy to break - but let me let you in on a little secret…. You don’t need to do them all AND you will break them. But why does it have to ruin what is in front of you?? IT DOESN’T!

This week is about keeping habits, the most important habits to have, how to lose the guilt when you break a habit, how to get back on track with your habit, and what habits I SWEAR by. Why are specific habits so hard to keep? Are people also struggling with the same habits I always break & can’t keep?
