Fashion might seem a bit frivolous, especially because we always say the way you look is the least interesting thing about you. But it’s so hard to actually let go of beauty standards - we’re unlearning a lifetime of shit here! And sometimes wearing nice clothes that you love can really kick start your confidence. But there are soooo many “rules” we’ve been taught we should follow when it comes to fashion. And wtf even is “flattering?! We’re still learning how to navigate it all, and trying fight diet culture while still being confident and comfortable in our own bodies.
