Today we are talking about ways we can jump start our higher self back into charge when we are tangled in our thoughts - and its important we learn how to do this - because overthinking is incredibly painful and brings with it a complete waste of our energy and unnecessary suffering.

So, we are thick in overthinking….. flight attendant is driving the plane.
We recognise this - we are ready to push her out and get back into the drivers seat…. but how? What tangible and practical action can we take with our physical self to assist us in getting back into that drivers seat?
