Mindi Kessler suffered trauma as a result of child abuse. She didn't know quite how it was affecting her, until she became crippled with body pains as she grew older. She was 18 years old, and leaving home for the first time, but little did she know, that the trauma she had buried away as a child, was manifesting itself as chronic pain as an adult. Mindi's story is highly relatable and a must listen for anyone who is suffering from any kind of trauma. She discusses how she worked through her trauma and healed her body. She wrote a book to support others who are also on trauma recovery journey called Cycle Breaker: A Guide to Transcending Childhood Trauma. Thank you Mindi for a great Episode!
