Two months ago, Christine went through the unimaginable loss of her brother. In this episode we unpack what it looks like to walk through grief as a mom, business owner, wife and runner.

This episode format will be a little different than what you are typically used to, but we felt it was important to take time to open up about what's been happening behind the scenes.

We also would like to include a trigger warning because in this episode we talk about mental health, and suicide.
