One of the things that comes up over and over again when we speak to prospective clients is the question, “But will I have to follow a diet?”
Our answer is always an emphatic “NO!”, because we believe in giving you a solid education in the essentials of nutrition at midlife, so that you have the tools to make informed choices that will make you happy AND give you the results you’re looking for.
Invariably we’ll also be asked about our eating habits, 'go to' dishes and snacks…. so in this episode we lift the lid on our favourite meals and give you some simple ideas to try.
