Let’s talk frankly about the new weight loss jab that seems to be everywhere!

An alarming recent Telegraph article included the quote “I’d estimate that at least 50 percent of the over-45’s I know are on Ozempic, Wegovy or Rybelsus" (these are brand names for the weight loss jab).

We’re not surprised people are opting for this. We can see the attraction - because we’re in a society of quick fixes and avoiding responsibility. So here’s our bold, passionate counter argument and some strong reasons why this is something you should avoid at all costs.
