This week we chat to Julia Barton, about her scary and lonely experience with Postpartum depression. She didn't know where to turn and found that help was nowhere to be found. As a result, she began to explore alternative routes to heal and find herself and such a troubling time. Her story is unique and engaging, and she ow spends her time helping other women who may find themselves in similar situations. As she points out, there is no manual to help women after they have given birth, and that seems all the more terrifying when any sort of depression strikes. She is here to tell you that its OK, and it will get better. Thank you Julia!
