Despite essentially half the world having to deal with it, contraceptives and women’s health are STILL taboo topics. But, with so many of us suffering in silence and having little access to reliable information, we need to talk about it.

So in this week’s episode, we’re chatting to Dr Becky from The Lowdown, a website where people can add their reviews of different contraceptives, and find reliable information about their options. Or, as they like to call it, the Trip Advisor for your vagina. We myth busted everything from, being on the pill for “too long” and withdrawal bleeds, to the fertility awareness methods and the effectiveness of contraception in larger bodies.
