Jocelyn Bates is still processing what must be one of the traumatizing experiences we have ever heard on the show, and she says that she expects to continue to process what happened for the rest of her life.Her story of trauma is losing her parents 7 days apart unexpectedly in sept 2021 during Covid. Jocelyn lived with her parents at the time, as well as with her young children. Both her parents were taken ill, and both were taken away, separately, and such were Covid protocols, that things escalated so quickly, and like a heart wrenching movie, somehow, within just one week, they had both passed away.
