We’re coming up to our 35th birthday’s, and we can’t stop thinking about all the milestones society expects us to hit by this age.

So, Lauren’s coming up to her 35th birthday. The age when everyone tells you your fertility “falls of a cliff”. And after growing up in a world that expects every woman to marry, have babies, and hit all kinds of milestones this birthday is hitting particularly hard. So in this week’s episode we’re talking about all the milestones we’ve felt pressured by, from motherhood to marriage, uni to career success, and money to mortgages. The pressures we put on ourselves can be unbearable, and hopefully this episode brings a bit of comfort to you.
