Let Chloe Russell guide you through 3 rounds of traditional Hatha Yoga Sun Salutations, workshopping the first round on both the right and the left side of the body, and gradually speeding the pace up, synchronising breath with movement as you go.
Continue on your own if you'd like to get more of a workout. We recommend a maximum of 8 - 10 rounds. If you are a beginner, stick to the 3 rounds with Chloe, practicing every day. When you feel ready, take it up to 5 round, then up to 8, and eventually 10.
Requirements: yoga mat or an even floor/grassy patch.
