This is the audio class to assist with beginners yogis to achieve their downward facing dog pose / adho mukha svanasana. This practice will go through a gentle joint warm up / pawanmuktasana targeting the chest and the legs, a light cardio warm up, standing postures, core awakening and twists to end you off.

Join Damian for an energising vinyāsa flow to boost the immune system. This 60 minute vinyāsa audio class with start you off with a gentle warm up preparing you for the flow toward heart openers, gentle back bends, twists, forward folds, and mild inversions.

Requirements: 2 yoga blocks, a blanket, a bolster/cushion.

Join Damian for his audio vinyasa class, centred around grounding in a time of unease. Let him guide you through a gentle warm up working into strong standing and seated postures, arm balances and gentle inversions.

Requirements: yoga mat, 2 blocks/thick books, bolster/pillow or two.

Join Chloe Russell for a 60 minute guided Hatha Yoga class, focusing on the legs to compliment the yin practice before. She gets you into a gentle warm-up Pawanmuktasana, and continues with Sun Salutation, standing postures and a closing sequence to cool you down.

Join Chloe Russell for a 60 minute audio yin class targeting the legs and the lower meridian lines. These lines include kidney & Urinary Bladder, Liver & Gallbladder, Stomach & Spleen.

Ease into shapes like butterfly, sleeping swan, and half shoelace as Chloe guides you through with gentle breath and mindfulness reminders.

Requirements: yoga mat/blanket, two yoga blocks/towels, bolster/cushion.

Let Chloe Russell guide you through 3 rounds of traditional Hatha Yoga Sun Salutations, workshopping the first round on both the right and the left side of the body, and gradually speeding the pace up, synchronising breath with movement as you go.

Continue on your own if you'd like to get more of a workout. We recommend a maximum of 8 - 10 rounds. If you are a beginner, stick to the 3 rounds with Chloe, practicing every day. When you feel ready, take it up to 5 round, then up to 8, and eventually 10.

Requirements: yoga mat or an even floor/grassy patch.
