தமிழக முன்னாள் முதல்வரும் திமுக தலைவருமான கருணாநிதி உடல் நலம் குன்றிய நிலையில் சிகிச்சை பெற்றுவருகிறார். அது குறித்த தற்போதைய செய்திகளைத் தொகுத்துத் தருகிறார் நமது தமிழக செய்தியாளர் ராஜ்.

Dr. Anneline Padayachee is an award-winning nutritional food scientist whose passion for storytelling helps make the complex science of food, nutrition and eating real and understandable to industry, research sectors and everyday consumers.

Kulasegaram Sanchayan talks to Dr Padayachee about her background, her work and her upcoming presentation at the Sydney Science Festival.

Dr. Anneline Padayachee, ஒரு விருது பெற்ற ஊட்டச்சத்து உணவு விஞ்ஞானி.   உணவு, ஊட்டச்சத்து மற்றும் உணவு தயாரிப்பு குறித்து ஆராய்ந்து வரும் அவர், சிட்னியில் நடைபெறவுள்ள விஞ்ஞான விழாவில் (Science Festival) கலந்து கொண்டு பேச இருக்கிறார்.

The National Disability Insurance Scheme, or NDIS, provides Australians who have a permanent and significant disability with support.

Since its rollout in 2016, the NDIS has helped almost a hundred and fifty thousand people.

But some Australians from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds are being left behind.

திமுக தலைவர் கருணாநிதியின் உடல்நிலையில் முன்னேற்றம் ஏற்பட்டுள்ளதாக செய்திகள் தெரிவிக்கின்றன. அவர் உடல்நலம் பெற வேண்டும் என்று கட்சி பாகுபாடுயின்றி தமிழகம் மட்டும் அல்லாமல் இந்தியாவின் முக்கிய அரசியல் கட்சி தலைவர்கள் நம்பிக்கை தெரிவித்து வருகின்றனர். சென்னை காவேரி மருத்துவமனையில் அனுமதிக்கப்பட்டுள்ள திமுக தலைவர் கருணாநிதியின் உடல்நிலை தற்போது எப்படி உள்ளது? கூடுதல் விவரங்களுடன் நமது தமிழக செய்தியாளர் ராஜ்.

The Federal Government is facing accusations of targeting a key migration-review agency for political purposes after it foreshadowed a major shake-up of the Administrative Appeals Tribunal.

The Government has ordered a wide-ranging inquiry after a series of tribunal decisions overruled government deportation orders.

புகலிடக் கோரிக்கையாளர்களது விண்ணப்பங்கள் நிராகரிக்கப்படும் போது அவர்கள் Administrative Appeals Tribunal என்ற அமைப்பிடம் மேன்முறையீடு செய்ய முடியும்.  அரசு எடுத்த முடிவுகளை இந்த மறு ஆய்வு நிறுவனம் நிராகரித்திருக்கிறது. 

இந்த மறு ஆய்வு நிறுவனத்தின் செயற்பாடுகள் குறித்து ஒரு பரவலான விசாரணை நடத்த அரசு முடிவெடுத்துள்ளது.  அதன் பின்னணியில் அரசியல் நோக்கங்கள் இருப்பதாக அரசின் மேல் குற்றம் சுமத்தப்படுகிறது.

Western Sydney is a diabetes hot-spot, and in response to this growing problem, Western Sydney Local Health District (WSLHD) and Western Sydney Medicare Local (WSML), have brought together multi-sector partners in a whole of district approach.

மேற்கு சிட்னியில் வாழும் பலர் நீரிழிவு நோயால் பாதிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளார்கள்.  வளர்ந்து வரும் இந்தப் பிரச்சனை குறித்து மக்களுக்கு விழிப்புணர்வூட்டும் முயற்சியில் மேற்கு சிட்னி உள்ளூராட்சி சுகாதார மாவட்டம் பல்வேறு பங்காளர்களுடன் இணைந்து செயற்படுகிறது.

மேற்கு சிட்னி உள்ளூர் சுகாதாரத் துறையில் பணியாற்றும் சுமதி ரவி அவர்கள் இது குறித்து குலசேகரம் சஞ்சயனிடம் விளக்குகிறார்.

Deviamma, a sixty year old single woman living in the camp located in central Tamilnadu. She is one among the 3 lakh Tamil refugees who fled out of fear of persecution. The asbestos sheet spread the heat in the house, and Deviamma heart too felt grief when she starts remembering the night which destroyed her future by the atrocities of Sri Lankan forces. The Sri   Lankan Govt. forces tied her husband in the neck, attached to Army's jeep and dragged him on the roads of Mannar, Northern province of Sri Lanka.

She overcame the sorrow and two of her daughters got married and settled. In the cage of family, she is happy now, but one identity still hurts her. ‘Refugee’.

Another young girl Kanchana, also feel the same even though she was born in Tamilnadu Camp. In this  part, the refugees explain the support of Tamil Nadu government in the form of by providing free living space and basic amenities and also brief the functionality.

தேவியம்மா, இலங்கை ராணுவத்தின் வன்முறைக்கு அஞ்சி தமிழ்நாட்டிl தஞ்சமடைந்த லட்சக்கணக்கான அகதிகளில் இவரும் ஒருவர். அவர் தஞ்சமடைந்து 30 ஆண்டுகள் நிறைவடைய போகின்றன. முகாமில் அனல் கனன்று கொண்டிருந்த அவரின் வீட்டிலிருந்து கடந்த காலத்தை நினைவுக்கூர்ந்த பொழுது தேவியம்மாவால் தனது கண்ணீரை கட்டுப்படுத்த முடியவில்லை. இலங்கை ராணுவம் அவர் கணவரின் கழுத்தில் கயிற்றினை இறுக்கி ஜீப்பில் இழுத்த சென்ற காலமது.

அந்த வலிகளிலிருந்து மீண்டு தனது மகள்களுக்கு நல்ல வாழ்க்கையை அமைத்து கொடுத்திருக்கிறர். ஆனால் ‘அகதி’ என்ற அடையாளம் தேவியம்மாவை இன்றும் வாட்டிக் கொண்டிருக்கின்றது.

தமிழ்நாட்டு முகாமிலேயே பிறந்த காஞ்சனாவும் அவரை போலவே உணர்கிறார். இதோடு இப்பாகத்தில், அகதிகளுக்கு தமிழக அரசு செய்து கொடுத்துள்ள வசதிகள் மற்றும் அதன் சூழலை முகாம்வாசிகள் விவரித்துள்ளனர்.

அகதிகளாக உள்ள மக்களை தமிழ்நாட்டு மக்கள் எப்படி அணுகுகின்றனர்? கேளுங்கள்! அகதிகளின் கதை வழியாக அதை எடுத்து கூறுகிறார் ஊடகவியலாளர் மகா.தமிழ்ப் பிரபாகரன். இதனை SBS தமிழ் வானொலிக்காக தயாரித்திருப்பவர் றைசெல்.
