Monty worked at clubs on the Las Vegas  strip before he started in real estate. He worked as a real estate agent with investors to learn marketing, sales, acquisitions, disposition, and more. Ryan reached out when Monty was working on his own and kept in touch with him until Monty accepted his offer to work together! In his first year at Home Run Offer, he and the team did just under $3 million in dispositions. The next year, they did $4.2 million, and $5.5 million the following year! This year, the market has shifted downwards, but they are still aiming to do around $3 million.
