Today’s episode will walk you through how to create your own four-part embodied to-do list. We honestly get so much amazing feedback from this useful tool. And so we’re really excited to share it with you today.
This embodied to do list is a happy middle between the constant go-go-go and the opposite end of the spectrum where there is a total lack of structure and chaos ensues. There is masculine structure to get you through the day, but there’s also feminine flow to make sure that you can enjoy the ride.
We’ll go through the four key parts. But first, you can go ahead and download your own copy of the To-Do list at jennaward.co/list. And you can just print it off straight off the bat.
Set Up Your Embodied To Do ListGrab your journal and write with me as I explore the four key quadrants. To begin, you want to take your page and you’re going to want to break it up into four sections so that you’ve got four equal boxes. Label them one, two, three, and four.
So number one is on the top left of your page. Number two on the top right. Number three on the bottom left. And number four on the bottom right.
Complete Your Embodied To Do List:
Quadrant 1: The first top left of the list is your embodied energy. Now the question that you can ask yourself in that first category is: What energy do I need to feel and do I need to be today?
Quadrant 2: This is moving into phase two. The second part is creativity.
Ask yourself: What do I need to do?
Quadrant 3: Now we’re in the bottom left part of the quadrant, is like sh*t that needs to get done. So I call this getting down to business.
The question here is: What shiz just needs to get done?
Quadrant 4: Number four is all the bits and bobs, specifically the personal to-do list.
So, finally ask: What personal stuff doesn’t specifically fall into any of the other categories?

If there’s something you want to call in and something that you really want to be for that day that you want to magnetize, okay, so then really dance that desire. The practice is called Primal Feminine Flow. You can download a digital bundle, which includes an audio version of the practice and some guides at jennaward.co/flow
