The Seahawks are just one week into their offseason and we've heard the names of a lot of former head coaches who are being interviewed (formally or informally) as potential offensive coordinators. John Gilbert, deputy editor at Field Gulls, joins the show to talk about what might be motivating Seattle to look at these former head coaches. Looking at the financial situation for the Seahawks, they’re in relatively good shape compared to a team like the New Orleans Saints. But they're still going to have to do some work within the roster to be able to free up cap space if it does drop to the level that experts are suggesting. John talks about the methods Seattle can employ with a number of veteran players to help ensure the team stays in a position to be competitive in free agency this offseason.
