She works using an integrative model (which means incorporating different therapeutic styles) depending on clients and circumstances. Her main modality is psychodynamic psychotherapy which is derivative of the psychoanalytic tradition. The basic premise of her work is helping to understand what has happened, so that to better understand what is happening in the here and now, those can then make meaningful change in their lives.
