We asked our friends over on instagram a couple of questions and got to really dive into the shared experiences in our lives where we wish we were more confident.

We dive into the route causes when it comes to lacking confidence and how important it is to shift our mindset to self acceptance! We then share some pieces of advice on how to gain confidence in specific areas like work, standing up for yourself and your beliefs, and even meeting new people!
