Being true to yourself and showing up in the world as your authentic self is key to living your best life. A big part of self-love is knowing yourself and being able to be yourself no matter what. It involves emotional and mindset work, plus focusing on spiritual, mental, emotional, physical, relational, nutritional, and financial aspects. These are the 7 Elements of Wellness that Trish has shared with us this week.
It's easy to focus on just one or two of these elements, like physical health or financial success. However, you overlook other areas that are just as critical to our overall wellness. Beyond those two elements, we focus on we must address past traumas, and emotions and work on staying present and regulating our nervous system. Through therapy, working with a shaman, or other methods, you can open up and release past traumas. Our best life can be lived by focusing on all of these elements and being true to ourselves.
