we thought it was about time we did a truly honest check-in with you guys & ourselves about our relationships with arguably THE most important person in our lives: OURSELVES. we talk about our current thoughts on body image, our relationship to food (TW! please don't listen if you think thiscould trigger you in any way <3) & who we are to our core.
