I'm spilling the Glitter on how I stay consistent on social media. Starting from scratch every day and coming up with new ideas to create social media will lead to burnout and overwhelm. The key to success is creating a content bank. A content bank is made up of two things: A system to store your ideas and videos of you in your day-to-day life.

Make a habit of filming yourself doing things every day. Whether you are making your morning beverage or going for a walk, you should start recording everything you do every day. The second step in this strategy is to create a place to store all your ideas. In my opinion, Trello is the best. When I am ready to batch content, I open my Trello board and have endless ideas. Taking this approach makes it easier to succeed on social media.
