I had the incredible opportunity to see Taylor Swift in concert in Singapore. It was such a joyful and positive experience. On this episode, I share some reflections from the show, and specifically talk about the importance of setting a positive tone for ourselves, our teams, and those around us. This can be tricky to do in an authentic way for a number of reasons these days. However, when we're able to genuinely set a positive tone, the benefits can be remarkable.
