Riana is no stranger to trauma and growing up in an unstable home. Consistently let down by her father, who was not only mostly absent but also made promises he never kept, Riana had to learn how to fend for herself. As an adult, her first marriage ended in divorce, leaving her feeling worthless, and her father fell through on a business opportunity he had promised her, which made her feel like a failure. Despite these setbacks, Riana was determined to provide a stable life for her own family, and that’s when she discovered the techniques she now teaches today.

On this week's guest episode, Riana shares her personal story of life challenges and let downs that, wouldn't you know, led her to discover a higher level of healing and transmuting emotional pain. which is now her life's work!
