Managing cost overruns is very important when you are renovating, especially if you’re renovating for profit or for a client. In this episode, I’ll share some aspects of why reno budgets tend to go uncontrollable, which happens a lot, and what to do when you are in the middle of it. These strategies are all proven and tested because I’ve experienced and did them myself, so as a long-time renovator, I know how helpful they are to our aspiring renovators out there.

Bernadette’s 2021
What motivates you? What keeps you going? What are your goals? How do you get there? These are just some of the questions that I ask myself because as a renovator and a business woman, mapping your plan is critical. Apart from that, taking care of yourself is the most important thing so I make sure that along with my busy life, a happy and pampered Bernadette gets the highest priority in my list. With that being said, in this episode I am sharing some of my 2021 health and travel goals and how we go with our current projects.
