In today's episode I have a yarn and share stories with weapon, Troy Knight. Troy is a former Combat Controller of the Royal Australian Air Force (those guys are known as the Special Forces unit of the Air Force). Troy has been deployed alongside members of the Special Operations Task Group in combat in the Middle East multiple times to Iraq and Afghanistan.

This type of career rarely comes without personal sacrifice and cost. Troy shares some of his experience over the then and now when it comes to combat, relationships, family and mental health... Oh, and the title of the show? Yep, there's plenty of good stuff too.
