Shea works to normalize and glamorize an alcohol free life and create community around booze free living. Today on the podcast, Shea shares her journey with alcohol and her decision to give up alcohol entirely. She classifies her previous drinking as “gray area drinking,” that so many young women can relate to. When she realized that alcohol was holding her back from being the best version of herself and after having a bad open bar experience, she committed to a 3 month breath that has now led to 4+ years of sobriety.
