When it comes to injury, as athletes, sometimes we take our prognosis as our reality, which robs us of our identity. We can overcome injury and disease. We just need to change our mindset. Whatever we believe, we become. Our beliefs create our thoughts, which are the programs our body follows and aligns with. When we accept what the doctors or society says, it takes our power away.

When we accept our diagnosis as reality, we tell your brain to stop looking for answers. The body is meant to regenerate and wants to restore and take our power back. All we need is to provide what it needs to get back to health. We can internally decide the direction of the life we want to move. We don’t have to live with a victim mentality because our prognosis report says we cannot. Every challenge and every obstacle is an opportunity to go inward and pull something different out of ourself.
