If the company wants to get rid of you, nobody is winning by you staying. You are sacrificing your own mental, emotional, spiritual health every day that you stay. That’s too high a price to pay for the hope of collecting a measly unemployment check - which is not a desirable end goal anyway. Take the initiative to create the next chapter of your life.
