Brown started out in banking and enjoyed the numbers behind the work, but the relationships and helping others is what got him charged up. His career in banking started where he was the decision maker. He became quickly disillusioned with the banking world, as decisions were being made in committees that didn’t allow for a true customer first approach. He moved to Commercial Real Estate and leveraged his hometown knowledge. Providing a real customer experience and having a good understanding of commercial real estate is what lead him to make the entrepreneurial leap!
