Dann sind Sie bei mir genau richtig. Denn mir ging es wie Ihnen! Vor Jahren war ich persönlich von einer Übernahme betroffen. Kurz nachdem ich einen Vertrag bei einer mittelständischen Firma unterschrieben hatte, erhielt ich die Nachricht, dass das Unternehmen von einem amerikanischen Konzern übernommen werden sollte. Neben der Unsicherheit kamen viele Veränderungen wie etwa das Rechnungswesen, die Bilanzierung oder die Umgangsformen mit den Amerikanern auf mich zu. 

Heute weiß ich: Dieser Moment der Unsicherheit war DIE Weichenstellung in meinem Leben. Denn damals begann mein Weg zur Expertin für all das, was nach einer Übernahme durch ein amerikanisches Unternehmen folgt.  

Nun kann ich mit diesem Wissen als Interims-Managerin allen helfen, die sich in dieser Situation des Umbruchs fühlen, als seien sie im Regen stehengelassen worden. Ich baue Brücken zwischen den zwei Unternehmenskulturen.

The original Shareable Podcast launched in early 2017 as part of the C-Suite Radio Network. The podcast began with conversations about the impact of people and technology on our lives and careers. 

From the outset, Shareable did things a little differently, pioneering the idea of sharing the mic by letting the guest host the show in a segment originally called "Now You Do Me" and later renamed "The Mic Swap." The rapid fire questions that began in season one later broke out into its own segment called "Think Fast."

While always maintaining an interest in people and technology, the original Shareable expanded to include a wider assortment of guests and topics. 

After 268 episodes of interviews, the show went into hiatus for a full reboot.
